MASPV builds on more than a decade of international renewable energy experience to connect Europe, Asia and Latin America through a global energy platform. From our solar PV foundations, we are progressively expanding into energy storage, hydrogen and green fuels.
This evolution is taking us towards a Next Gen IPP model, strengthening our ability to deliver eco-efficient value across the new global energy economy.
More than a decade of solar experience

China
Since its arrival in 2013, MASPV has cultivated the best relationship with major manufacturers in China, fostering the Group’s global growth. Today, we are developing self-consumption projects for large factories from our subsidiary, which is also preparing its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.
Spain
The company started up in the country in 2018. Focused on self-consumption and battery projects, the Spanish subsidiary is the headquarters of the Group’s Corporate Services, also providing technical support to a global pipeline of projects of more than 500MW.
Colombia
Our experience in the country begins in 2019, with the Mosquera project in the Colombian department of Cundinamarca.
México
As one of the largest countries in Latin America, Mexico represents a key point in the evolution and growth of the Group. The subsidiary has been developing self-consumption projects in industries and hotels in the country since 2014.
Panamá
Since 2014, Panama plays a kee role within the Group thanks to financial and logistical services available in the country. The subsidiary developes self-consumption projects and is currently developing more than 120 MW of ground mounted grid conected projects.
Japan
With more than 20 MW of photovoltaic projects in the country, MASPV’s track record in Japan dates back to 2013, with operations in areas such as Kainan, Sano and Hirosima.
Costa Rica
We arrived in Costa Rica in 2016, developing a successful self-consumption project for the company Pimesa, in the Santa Ana area.
MASPV × SHAANYAO | Strategic Partnership
MASPV and Shanghai SHAANYAO Group combine international experience, technology, industrial capabilities, investment and financing to advance hydrogen and green molecule projects across Europe and Latin America. The partnership connects MASPV’s capabilities with China’s technological and financial ecosystem.

Dengkou project, China: Renewables, energy storage and hydrogen
The integrated Dengkou project in Inner Mongolia is one of Shanghai SHAANYAO Group’s key reference projects in China. It combines wind and solar generation, energy storage and renewable hydrogen production for industrial use, integrating different technologies within a single energy infrastructure.
